Aid Stations

Aid Stations are provided for the runners at set distances.
Some of the Aid Stations are located on the top of the volcanoes and require extensive hauling to get food and equipment up. Because of this, the types of food offered on the volcanoes is limited.
The Volcano Aid Stations have certified guides working the stations to ensure safety.
